Burlington Yoga Conference, March 7-8, 2015

The 7th annual Burlington Yoga Conference is being held March 7-8, 2015, at the University of Vermont’s Davis Center. You can view the full class/workshop/discussion schedule on their website and pre-register for a full day or the entire weekend. If a full day does not fit your budget or schedule, you can also drop in to a class based on availability.

Reasons to attend BYC:

1)You enjoy the energy of practicing yoga with a large group of like-minded individuals.

2) You would like to take a 2-hour workshop designed around a specific focus.

3) You would like to expand your yoga practice and try a new style of yoga or a new instructor.

4) You wish to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy and practices and are interested in attending a lecture.

5) You have yet to feel the power of 150 people sounding OM together.

(P.S. I have no direct connection to the BYC, but that is me doing full wheel pose (urdhva dhanurasana) in the “About BYC 2014” video!)
