We wait so long for the summer sun, for our bones to be finally warmed by natural external heat. So when that sun arrives, many find it hard to bring themselves indoors to . . . practice yoga . . . under artificial lights and cool air vents.
In hopes of bringing the joy of outdoor group yoga to everyone, I will be starting a 6-week summer series of Outdoor Yoga at The Bridges Resort. Class will be held on the lawn by the pool from 3:30-4:30 p.m. every Friday from July 10th to August 18th. This will be a shorter, more relaxed class compared to my Tuesday evening class at The Bridges. Please bring sunscreen, water, and an easygoing attitude!
