Heated Flow

A flowing class will take you through slow sun salutations, deep breath work, standing postures, back bends, forward folds, spinal twists, and hip-openers, all in a moderately heated room to warm up your bones and relax your muscles. Please bring a small towel and water to this class. Open to all levels.

Contemporary Yoga

A fun and physical vinyasa flow combining traditional postures and sequences with deep stretches, modern moves for strength, and a long savasana, all set to contemporary tunes.  Open to all levels. This is a great class for those who are still trying to figure out if they’re the “yoga type.”

Intermediate Yoga

This class is appropriate for students and teachers who have been practicing for more then three years and have a solid grasp of yoga asana, basic pranayama, and yoga philosophy.

Mindful Yoga

The first half of this class includes dynamic, active sequences working on a muscular level for building strength and fitness. The second half features slower, quieter, longer held postures working deeper on the joints and connective tissue and calming the nervous system. This practice will boost circulation, increase energy and relaxation, and help you tune in to your body.

Core

This class is designed to build strength leading practitioners to be able to hold yoga postures with steadiness, ease and confidence. Breathing practices, longer holds and exercises designed to increase muscular strength in the core of the body, including the abdominal muscles, back and shoulder muscles, are incorporated into each practice. Suitable for all levels and body types.

Vinyasa

This class is a creative flow of pranayama, vinyasa, and meditation practices for rejuvenation and relaxation.

Mellow Flow

A practice that is gentle on the joints, perfect for bodies recovering from intense physical activity or new to yoga. This class includes breath work, guided meditation, grounding standing and seated postures, and a nourishing final savasana. Flow refers more to the state of being than to the physical movement.

Sivananda Yoga

A complete 90-120 min hatha yoga practice in the lineage of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. Ideal for those looking to deepen their practice or learn a traditional style of yoga.
